” fill the gas tank with gasoline & fill the oil reservoir with approximately 2-3/4 pints of standard sae 30 or 10w30 motor oil
” mow only during daylight hours
” never operate mower in wet grass and never remove shields from mower
” safety glasses should be worn while mowing
” do not over speed the engine. ” never cut over an item, exercise special care when cutting around objects
” carelessness in starting the mower can result in serious injury
” after using the mower leave it set for one hour so the pulleys and belt have a chance to cool from the heat generated
” can be operated from a slow creep to a fast walk
” remove all excess grass, leaves and grease. ” there are 3 grease zerks on the mower that should be lubricated
